Have you learn how to open file in GIMP? If you already did it, lets learn how to save it.
1. Left click File at the left top menu

| choose Save As to save with different name |
2. New window will appear. Choose name of your image, folder and what type of your file want to be save.

3. New window will appear and set the quality of image
