If your photo have some element that you want erase it, you can use Crop tool at Photoshop CS 5. This tool very easy to use.
1. Open your file
2. Left click Crop Tool at right bar.

3. Make square with Crop Tool at your photo. It will be like this.
4. Right Click at your photo and left click crop.
