1. Open your photo or image.
2. Choose Image at upper left corner and then click the Image Size or Alt + Ctrl + I.

3. At Pixel Dimensions you can set the Width and Height with pixels or percent. At Document Size you can set Width, Height and Resolution. Do not change the Resolution or your picture quality will of reduce.

4. After change the size you can save it. Find the File button at the upper left corner and then choose Save As or Shift + Ctrl + S.

5. Fill the File name as you like and you can change file formats, better JPEG (*. JPG, * JPEG, *. JPE), like many-picture used.

6. New JPEG Options window will from Appear. In this new window you can set how big or small your picture. And you can set of Baseline, Baseline Optimized, and Progressive as you like.
